The new handlebars Kostka FBH 680-50 Al Wings (designed especially for footbiking!) will provide you the true comfort. The bar ends are adapted to the wrist and to natural grasp, thus your arms aren’t stressed more than necessary. Grips made from hardened foam damp vibrations while riding. The screws prevent slight turns.

The stem is not only an adornment...

The stem Kostka SK 2822 S, made by CNC milling from high tenacity aluminium alloy, is equipped with a unique mechanism allowing a quick installation of all the accessories, such as bags, dog leash holder etc.

The construction has been optimized and thus it is very light. We used the A-head type of headset which allows to set in the gear without play. It’s also dust-proof and waterproof. The height of the handlebars can be easily adjusted by changing the spacing rings or by using the handlebars with higher or lower offset - so it can be adapted to your needs.

Hubs with no defects nor deficiencies..

The design of the KOSTKA hubs themselves has been developed regarding their high functionality and easy maintenance. The innovative mechanism of the low-friction industrial bearings enables the exact play delimitation - thus no complicated hub adjustment is necessary. Simple hub tail removal allows an easy maintenance. We used a high tenacity aluminium alloy for making this hub type. The stainless direct wire spokes made by Sapim provide a great stiffness.

The elegant curves provide a perfect driveability...

You will get to like the footbike KOSTKA TOUR MAX (G6) thanks to the precise controllability and stability, even at high speed. The 6th-generation frame with greater stiffness is based on this proven construction; it provides perfect driveability and an extraordinary riding experience you’ll never forget.

The “drop-shaped” main frame profile is very aerodynamic - so it was designed and now it’s an integral part of footbikes’ typical appearance. The special profile is newly reinforced with a welding. The main elements of the new-generation frame are the enhanced rider space or the optimized stiffness and the elegant shape of the construction.

It shows its figure without any diffidence...

An integrated hole for the stand has also been included in the construction. Also, the front stiffener with special welding for greater stiffness and higher resistance while hitting the uneven terrain are the part of the standard characteristics today. We are truly proud of it. We designed both frame and front fork of this footbike (supported by the 65mm wheel hub) a bit narrower in order to make the footbike comfier for you. This construction (together with the embedded rear wheel axle) prevents the pushing leg from touching the footbike and thus makes your ride more comfortable. The stainless adhesive elements on the upper side of the deck prolong the deck lifespan and it improves effect the slip-resistant elements. This unique technical solution protects the rider and it prevents the unwanted slipping of the standing leg.

It’s completely safe and it won’t hurt you..

The high-quality brakes Shimano 4000 with double-walled rims and reinforced wall and with machined brake surface provide the maximum safety and a precise deceleration effect. The ergonomic brake levers are very comfortable.

The tires Marathon Racer made by Schwalbe are the lightest tires in their category. A special rubber layer reinforced with a double nylon membrane provides protection against any defect. The natural rubber SpeedGrip mix provides a perfect driveability with minimal rolling resistance. The tires are equipped with a reflective stripe on the lateral side and they can be inflated to high pressure. For this footbike, we chose specific tires for a good reason - it is one of the main aspects ensuring a comfortable and easy ride without any additional efforts.

The most important thing is the pushing! But what about the lifting it up a little bit?

The rear heel stop is an innovation you will appreciate for sure. This stop has been made by milling from high tenacity aluminium alloy. You can make use of it while pushing, lifting up the footbike or while riding over an obstacle, e.g. kerbs. The shape has been optimized for all kinds of shoesb. The stop can be replaced by another type or it can be removed. This new feature provides extended stepping surface and enhanced rider space; so, the pushing and changing the pushing legs will be slightly easier again.
